Yes, the Brienzer Rothorn (a stunning mountain trip on Lake Brienz) is closed ⛔ for the season - 5 million of damage was done by the recent storm!

ALTERNATIVE: if you were planning on going I recommend Schynige Platte instead, which also means you are close enough to still enjoy Lake Brienz in one day. (remember if you need more personal advice I do 1-1 consultations.​
